Advanced Yoga for Figure Skaters:
Angela combines her yoga knowledge with her experience as a coach of many national-level figure skaters in these classes. This figure skating-specific yoga class relates to developing spin variations, jump rotation velocity, core strength, and improving mental focus and confidence.
Athletes and sports organizations can join existing classes or customize a program to meet the athletes' needs within your club.

Please bring it to the ice surface and, using a highlighter, complete the program analysis immediately after your program.
