Yoga for Kids: Yoga is becoming increasingly popular among children. Yoga and mindfulness have improved physical and mental health in school-age children. At the same time, Yoga improves balance and strength and focus, memory, self-esteem, academic performance, and classroom behaviour. Additionally, Yoga reduces anxiety and stress in children.
