Classes for Beginners to Advanced Practitioners

Hatha Flow:

This class focuses on small movements, proper alignment, and breath-work to promote pain reduction, a healthy mind, and a healthy body. While elements of Hatha practice are excellent for experienced practitioners, it is similarly beneficial for beginners and those seeking to improve mobility, gain muscular strength, and recover from injuries. Each class will begin with a short pranayama practice (breathing exercises) to help centre each student's thoughts and offer an opportunity to connect with their bodies. 

Vinyasa Flow:

Using a fusion of mobility, strength, and stability, students will move through a mindful progression that connects them to all aspects of a complete yoga practice. Using elements of an Ashtanga foundation, this Vinyasas Flow class explores how dynamic movement benefits the body as a whole. You will leave this class feeling more connected and grounded inside and out. Each class will incorporate a pranayama practice (breathing exercises) to help centre thoughts and offer an opportunity for students to connect with their breath.
